2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information for the purpose of processing your claim.
  • You are responsible for uploading genuine documents and maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Misrepresentation, fraudulent documents, or false information may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining copies of all submitted documents. ClaimsKart is not liable for lost, incorrect, or incomplete submissions provided by the user.

3. Account Registration & Access

  • Certain services require account registration. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
  • ClaimsKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these T&C, laws, or engaging in unethical practices.

4. Service Timelines & Case Resolution

  • ClaimsKart will provide estimated timelines for each stage of claim processing (Consultation → Documentation → Submission → Follow-up → Resolution).
  • Timelines are indicative and depend on external factors such as insurance provider responsiveness, document verification, and regulatory approvals.
  • ClaimsKart will make reasonable efforts to expedite cases but is not responsible for delays caused by external parties.

5. Fees and Refund Policy

  • All fees for services are clearly mentioned on the Website or communicated in writing before engagement.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been initiated, except in cases where ClaimsKart fails to provide the agreed service without valid reasons.
  • In cases where refund is applicable, ClaimsKart will process it within 30 business days using the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by ClaimsKart or its licensors.

  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by the user for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Services

  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or providers.
  • Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.

10. Termination

  • ClaimsKart may terminate or suspend access to services or accounts at its discretion for violations of T&C, illegal activities, or unethical behavior.
  • Upon termination, your access to services ceases immediately, and pending cases may be closed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to Terms
